About Michael Kaprielian

Born in San Francisco in 1955 and living on the Peninsula my entire life, I started in the grocery business at the age of 8 beginning in the family store. I have always strived to be the best at what I do. During my 35 years in the Retail Clerks union, I became a Produce Buyer for both the best grocery chain on the Peninsula, Petrini's Markets, and also the best independent grocery store in San Francisco, Calmart Super. I truly believe that hard work and loyalty has its rewards. At the age of 52, I began a new career with my father in Real Estate. Working with Cashin Company Realtors on the Peninsula, I bring those same values of hard work and loyalty to the next level. In my second year, I had more transactions than 42% of the agents in the office. I am both a Licensed Realtor and 'e-Pro' certified. I have a new quest, that of being recognized as the best Realtor on the Peninsula, and it will happen. Update, 4/26/11; It is happening, I'm going to have the Best year yet. I have a saying and it goes like this,"When you see a good wave coming, you catch, ride it and enjoy it until it's no more". My wave is just starting for the second time in my life and it feels good. I have always been successful in business, let's ride this wave together. Always the Best, Michael Kaprielian Coldwell Banker Direct:(650)403-6227 Cell:(650)867-5767 MKaprielian.com MichaelKaprielian@Cashin.com DRE:01826308
