About Michael Karason

My current experience started in December 2019 at Krupin Partners, LLC. It has been a dynamic and exciting time for me. Krupin Partners, LLC has placed in the top 10 nationally in gross life insurance sales of policy revenues, since 2011. I have led our national operation teams through the challenges of COVID-19. Restructuring current leases, vendor contracts, move-outs, relocations, and the changing office-to-home-to-office wellness work environment for our employees. My overlay work as an Executive Assistant to the CEO and CFO provided me the challenge to manage, organize and schedule day-to-day activities for the two C-suite roles. My current role is actively underwriting and advance case design with high-net-worth clients. My early career started in the medical field for Midsommer Health Care Group from 1995-2012 as Doctor of Podiatric Medicine. My administration role as Director of Operations and Human Resource. After, successfully structuring a complex merger and acquisition with Cedars Sinai Medical Center, my career started to focus on the financial industry. I moved from Los Angeles to San Francisco in 2013 and worked for a start-up VC Fund as Executive assistant and VP of Finance and operations. Continuing my growth and career in the financial and insurance industry I worked for the Bohemian Club, from 2014- Dec 2019, as Executive Assistant to the Board of Directors and Senior Administrator of front and back-office administration. Duties included managing supportive staff and assisting Board of Directors with drafting communications, finance and expense reconciliation, and annual event planning for participants which generated over $5M/ year in revenue. My professional and personal relationships with executives and entertainers give me the advantage to provide outstanding personalized customer service. I understand the art of communicating and listening. I impact my clients' decisions, with a small window of opportunity, to excel and grow their financial diversifications. I believe in earning trust with my personal and professional relationships. I earn trust by giving honest and proven solutions. I develop a plan that meets and exceeds our professionals and entertainers' goals and expectations. I continue to monitor the growth of our relationship by listening, changing course, and making improvements to our options. I want all my relationships to be successful and rewarding to society. I produce calmness and organization to chaos and incompatibilities within the organization.
