My most recent experience consisted of managing the technical relationship between a financial technology firm and a large hedge fund. I utilized an Agile approach which included gathering user stories, creating product and sprint backlogs, holding daily standups, two-week sprints, monthly releases, and retrospectives. I was also responsible for budgeting, incident management, client communications, and API training. I've also engaged in hands-on C#, Python, and SQL Server testing and development to facilitate a rapid client turnaround of requests. Highlights include: • Reduced P&L runtimes by 75% • Geneva version 16 to 18 upgrade • Managed cross-team product development. • Reduced licensing costs by 50%.
