My passion for health and wellness began early, inspired by my personal experiences growing up. In the 9th grade, I decided to become a chiropractor after witnessing my parents—both hard-working, blue-collar workers—struggle with the effects of diabetes, musculo-skeletal pain, heart disease, and burnout. These challenges not only impacted their health but also their productivity and ability to work, shaping my lifelong mission to help others achieve better health and balance. With years of experience in chiropractic care, functional and lifestyle health, and musculoskeletal rehabilitation, I’ve had the privilege of transforming lives across many industries. Whether it’s helping patients lower their blood pressure, manage diabetes, or regain strength and movement, my goal has always been to empower individuals to live healthier lives—both at work and beyond. This commitment to health led me to specialize in corporate wellness. I believe that when employees thrive, businesses thrive.
