This includes developing and executing strategy to drive sustainable business and cultural change resulting in significant performance improvement. This is supported by a genuine enthusiasm for people-based initiatives (focusing on practicality and usability) and advocating the proactive promotion of mentally healthy workplaces though the identification and management of psychosocial hazards with the aspiration of developing a working environment whereby people can ‘thrive at work’. My objective is ongoing professional and personal growth, development and improvement of knowledge, skills, and abilities to seek/develop/achieve best practice. My overall career goal is to become an effective and proficient leader who is capable of coaching, empowering, facilitating and developing team co-operation.
