As a seasoned professional with a strong military background, I have developed extensive leadership experience managing large teams, overseeing critical safety measures, and managing high-value assets in complex environments. Throughout my career, I have led various programs in munitions and training, consistently ensuring operational excellence and effective training systems. With hands-on experience working across multiple countries, I have been able to adapt to diverse challenges while implementing innovative tracking and training systems that enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Additionally, I have a proven track record in fundraising and community engagement through my leadership of the Unit Advisory Council, where I focused on building stronger bonds within the organization and contributing to broader community efforts. Beyond my military and leadership roles, I have also gained valuable experience as a substitute teacher, further strengthening my ability to connect with diverse individuals and manage dynamic environments. I thrive in high-pressure situations and pride myself on my ability to lead with integrity, create cohesive teams, and deliver results. I am always looking for new opportunities to apply my skills in strategic leadership, program management, and community development to make a positive impact in any organization I am a part of.
