About Michael Kendall

Professionally: I am proven leader with diverse personal and professional experiences and a track record of improving companies from my own small businesses to corporations with thousands of employees. I am a Project Management Professional (PMP), Information System Designer (ISD) and UX Designer who has an obsession for creating efficiencies and loves to solve problems, negotiate big deals and design efficient systems. See more in "Experience" below. Personally: I am a family centered father of my nine year old son. I enjoy mastering hobbies, tinkering and athletics. In athletics I have achieved national championships in basketball and ten pin bowling, State championships in baseball, basketball, billiards, darts, track and field, bowling and most recently tennis. Beyond competitive sport I enjoy all things outdoors including archery, canoeing, cycling, fly fishing, hiking, kayaking, rock climbing and diving off of tall structures. I am a passionate maker of things. I am a master finish carpenter, home builder and farmer who has also achieved advanced levels in: Architectural design, UX design and product development, electrical, mechanical and HVAC trades; 3D modeling and design; electronics; agriculture; gardening; sourdough bread and pastry baking, painting and ceramics. I seek adventure and experience. I have traveled to 40 countries and 38 states, hiked 7 mountains including 3 active volcanoes, cycled across the United States, canoed the Wisconsin boarder, sailed from Colombia to Cuba and road camels in the Malian desert.
