About Michael Kilduff

Keelings is a 100% Irish owned, third generation family business, operating and innovating within the fresh produce industry since 1926. I’ve had the privilege of being part of this journey for almost 4 decades, having joined Keelings in 1989. It’s been a rewarding experience to grow alongside the business, shaped by a shared commitment to excellence, integrity, and long-term progress and growth. My career began as a Financial Accountant, followed by my appointment as Group Financial Controller in 1992. In 2003, I became Group Financial Director, where I focused on strengthening our financial strategy and resilience. In 2020, I stepped into the role of Chief Operating Officer, supporting the business through a period of significant transformation and growth. In 2024, I was honoured to be appointed Group Managing Director. I’m proud to lead a team of over 2,700 passionate and dedicated colleagues across the globe, united by our shared vision: to inspire more people to enjoy fresh produce. I hold a Bachelor of Commerce and a Diploma in Professional Accounting from University College Dublin (UCD), and I’m a Chartered Accountant, having trained with KPMG. Outside of work I'm committed to community and sport, and have been a coach and volunteer with my local GAA club Lucan Sarsfield GAA.
