About Michael Kim

I am a passionate molecular and quantitative researcher working in the Neuroscience and Genomics field. During my PhD, I have both built high-throughput molecular research technologies as well as established the analysis framework for the novel data generated from these technologies. I have built an expertise across molecular biology, neuroscience, and computational analysis along with a fair amount of training in chemistry and physics during my PhD. I pride myself in being a fast learner and having the ability to quickly develop myself into an all-rounder within any context. I have been cultivating my computational skillsets since my undergraduate degree (majoring in Biophysics with a minor in Mathematics) and am now eager to apply these trainings towards new challenges within industry.
