Ensure subordinates know what the expectations are by keeping them engaged in safety, quality and process improvements so they take a sense of ownership and buy into policy changes. Ultimately my daily goal is for each employee to provide our customers a quality product as safely and efficiently as possible so they can go home to their family each day and provide a quality lifestyle to them.
