About Michael Kline

As a Military Veteran, I can adapt my managerial background to become successful within any business operation. I can quickly adapt to any industry. I have directed team activities, established task priorities, scheduled and tracked work assignments, provided guidance, and ensured the availability of resources. I have direct inbound or outbound logistics operations, answered all logistical requisitions’, trained and managed dispatchers/schedulers. During my career, it was important for me to make quick observations of situations around me. I had to be positive about my decisions and then use the art of persuasion to ensure others saw the same insight that I had. I couldn’t come across to strongly and then loss their energy; I had to stay modest. I would say one of my soft skill sets would be understanding the human psyche. This would be an asset to your company as well as my future upward mobility within the organization.
