20 years in the brewing business with the following know-how Experience within craft brewing: A total of 13 years within craft brewing, from building and running my own craft brewery to having built and been part in expanding/optimizing a two-digit number of craft breweries, as well as managing the global production manager position at Mikkeller. Experience within running my own business: In 2005 I started my own craft brewery. After 2 years in the market, the brand had grown to become the biggest seller in volume on the Danish market from an independent craft brewery, and the only one to get enlisted on the Danish Stock Exchange. Based on among others this experience, I’m now running my own consulting business within craft brewing servicing the top craft brewery brands around the world. Experience within international work: A big part of my brewing expertise is coming from international work, partly from my previous role as Regional Technical Manager at Carlsberg, partly through the role as Managing Consultant at Alectia. In more details the international work has primarily been Project Management, Change Management and general leadership of production execution and quality projects.
