About Michael Koorstad

Thank you for visiting my profile — I appreciate you taking the time to learn more about me! I'm a Nationwide Recruiter at BAS Recruiting, helping companies across the country find and hire top-performing talent. Before recruiting, I built a successful career in tech sales, working with both major tech companies and fast-growing startups. I consistently exceeded targets, developed strong client relationships, and sharpened my skills in communication, negotiation, and identifying top talent. Today, I bring that sales-driven mindset into recruiting, delivering a smooth, results-focused experience for both clients and candidates. Outside of work, I’m all about being outdoors — hiking, mountain biking, snowboarding, golfing, exercising, and traveling whenever I get the chance. I’m also a big LA sports fan (especially the Dodgers and Lakers). Fun fact: I lived on the island of Guam for two years, an experience that fueled my love for new places and adventures. If you're growing your team or thinking about your next career move, I’d love to connect.
