As a part of my education, I was trained to diagnose and troubleshoot various issues with computer systems. I have experience with setting up, upgrading, and troubleshooting servers, networks, and virtual machines. I have a proven academic record and strive to learn new technologies and constantly improve my skills and abilities. I am detail-oriented, organized, and precise in my work. I am a capable and consistent problem-solver, with great communication skills and a customer-oriented approach. I have proven managerial and supervisory experience with strong critical thinking and time management talents. I’m comfortable on my own, but I really enjoy being part of a motivated team of smart people. Currently, I work as a Premium Support Advisor at Docebo, where I help customers get the most out of our Learning Management System. Whether it’s troubleshooting technical issues, diagnosing root causes, or guiding users through solutions, I ensure they have a smooth experience with the platform while also helping them make the most of their LMS by offering insights and guidance to improve their workflows and overall experience. I provide support through live chat, ticketing systems, and screen-sharing sessions, working closely with internal teams to resolve more complex cases. I enjoy tackling challenges head-on and ensuring that every interaction leaves the customer feeling supported and confident in the technology they’re using.
