As a Business Analyst @ Vertoyo, I work with leading clients in the banking, telecommunications and public sector industries to deliver innovative and effective solutions that drive digital transformation and business optimization. I have over five years of experience in designing, developing, testing, and deploying complex systems and applications that meet the needs and expectations of the end-users and stakeholders. Currently, I am assigned as external consultant at the National Bank of Greece involved in several Banking Projects in the Business Analysis sub-department of transactional banking of the National Bank, focusing on issues of digital transformation and integration of new technologies in banking services, systems and products. I am a self-proclaimed technology enthusiast with a strong interest in digital transformation and business optimization. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of East London, a Master’s Degree in Advanced Software Engineering from the University of Sheffield, and a Diploma in iOS Programming and Web Development from the University of Oxford.
