I’m genuinely passionate about European production and about the role that supply chain management plays in shaping resilient, future-ready businesses. Over the years I’ve developed a curiosity for how processes, people and strategy connect — and today I bring that mindset into my role on the Management Board, where I help set direction while staying close to day-to-day execution. My work centers on creating clarity and transparency: building KPI dashboards that managers actually use, balancing production capacity in real time, and making sure client commitments are realistic and kept. I enjoy turning complex challenges into structured solutions — whether that’s reducing bottlenecks, improving quality, or making supply chains more efficient and sustainable. Colleagues describe me as someone who is hands-on and collaborative, yet focused on measurable results. For me, continuous improvement isn’t just a method; it’s a way to keep teams learning and businesses moving forward. At heart, I believe that European manufacturing and modern supply chain leadership go hand in hand — and I’m motivated to play my part in shaping both.
