About Michael L.

I enjoy staying with a company for a long time. I’ve been with two companies in the TWT business over the last 16 years who have undergone many transitions, and I take pride in helping a design team navigate the ever changing manufacturing environment and ever changing management structures. My experience has taught me that there is a place within an organization for someone who can endure changes while meeting increasing performance demands by leading a team of talented contributors. It is many times difficult, and sometimes seemingly impossible, but always a welcome challenge. I’m not sure what other lessons await me over the next 16 years, but if I can retire knowing I’ve passed those lessons on to junior designers and engineers, I will consider my career a success.
