My experience spans: M&A Due Diligence (buyer/seller side) Risk & Insurance Management Finance Transformation (process improvement, system integration, close optimisation) Audit, Tax & Compliance (IFRS, external audit, tax advisor oversight) Post-Acquisition Integration FP & A process design and commercial deals management I’ve also led small, high-performing teams and thrive on delivering strategic outcomes through people-first leadership and stakeholder collaboration. My time at Novatti, Taysols, DuluxGroup, and Zenitas Healthcare further expanded my exposure to varied operating models and transformation projects.
