I have been passionate about UI/Front-end development and making difficult products easy to use and understand through Intuitive UI and User experience. Since the beginning of my career I was fascinated with how to make tools and products easier for users to work with. In today's world people can only be expected to read a minimum amount of documentation on how your interface works. Developing intuitive user interfaces for those that don't like to read documentation, is today's expected norm. Many companies are still in the process of moving from a desktop centric installed software solution to SaaS and Web application solutions. The difficulties stem from supporting the existing solution while attempting to shift resources and have existing players learn new technology. It can be difficult to juggle these efforts and combine them with the desperation to have a foothold with Big Data and Hadoop. These are some of the issues facing companies today, and lets not forget Social Media Strategy. I can bring to the table a long successful record of User Interface Development and Leadership. I've spent the last couple years researching these exact same issues that your business is likely facing today.
