About Michael Lambert

As the Director of Training at Tulsa Welding School-Tulsa Campus, I lead the development and delivery of high-quality welding programs for one of the largest and most reputable trade schools in the country. With over 10 years of combined experience in the skilled trades and higher education industry, I have a deep knowledge and passion for teaching and mentoring the next generation of tradesmen. I started my higher education career as a Welding Instructor in January 2022, and quickly advanced to Senior, Lead, and Director positions, thanks to my excellent performance, leadership, and team building skills. I have contributed to the improvement of customer retention, student assessment, instructor recruitment and training, and curriculum design. I am also pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration and Management from Western Governors University, which helps me manage the administrative and financial aspects of the training program. My goal is to provide the best learning environment and opportunities for our students and staff, and to ensure the success and growth of our campus and organization.
