Through my 25 years of progressively increasing leadership experience within Wal-Mart, I have proven myself to be an innovative, cost-minded operations manager. I am skilled in planning and overseeing daily activities, staff performance, inventory control, cost analysis and consumer relationship building. I do so through a hands-on approach and strong business acumen that has helped drive my stores to unprecedented success. Some of my major recent achievements include- Was in charge of opening a multi level store in Richmond,California - Ran one of the most complex stores in the company in Oakland,California for five years- Spearheaded multiple remodels in multiple business units, including grocery expansion and other expanded Ran a store that had home delivery to the South Bay Area. I take pride in my ability to mentor, coach and direct team members, while also creating a culture of positive collaboration and customer focus. I am active in the community and am always looking to influence and improve the lives of those around me.
