Over 20+ years international experience in investment, strategy, M&A, origination, transaction execution, corporate finance and capital raising. • Direct involvement in completion of over $60 billion of M&A engagements and over $4 billion of debt and equity raisings – including some of the largest and most complex transactions in the Australian and UK markets • Diverse background including public/private market M&A, capital raisings, valuation and research • Unique international experience spanning U.S, UK, Australia, New Zealand Strong working relationships across a broad range of stakeholders including large, mid and small-cap corporate clients, institutional, wholesale and private (HNW) investors, Boards and business/division managers.
