Empower people, stay curious, and never underestimate the power of transparent communication. I focus on empowering high-performing, diverse individuals and teams that deliver exceptional client and patron experiences while exploring emerging AI applications. Whether it's a sold-out opening night or a last-minute venue change, we handle it with both professionalism and adaptability.I'm passionate about transforming administration through modern management practices that actually make sense. By blending operational excellence with emotional intelligence, I create inclusive, innovation-driven workplace cultures where traditional expertise meets contemporary leadership approaches. The result? Sustainable growth, satisfied stakeholders, and the occasional moment where we all remember why we fell in love with arts and events in the first place.
