About Michael Larson

I am a Senior Project Manager at HEWITT, working on multi-family housing projects in the Greater Seattle Area. Previously, I was working at CallisonRTKL where I was involved with project mangement, design and delivery of all phases for Nordstrom brand department stores, Williams-Sonoma brand retail stores in the United States and Australia as well as Apple retail stores in the EU (France). I also worked as a Project Architect at Murphy Varey, PS, a small Architecture firm in Seattle, WA. Specializing in hotel and small retail design. For the 3+ years prior to working with MV, I had also worked at Callison Architecture. I had been involved with all phases of project delivery for clients in the retail sector. Those include; schematic design, design development, construction documents, construction administration and project closeout. Before moving to the Pacific Northwest and working with Callison, I worked at Healy, Bender & Associates, a mid-sized firm in Illinois. Working in the public sector as well as auto-retail and residential clients in the Chicago Suburban area designing and delivering numerous K-12 educational facilities, municipal and judicial buildings, auto-dealerships, churches as well as custom homes.Specialties: construction documentation, permit submittal process, construction administration, site analysis, client interface, site surveys, code research, consultant coordination, drafting (AutoCAD and Revit).
