About Michael Laskowsky

I'm an outgoing mechanical engineer with expertise in technical sales, project engineering, safety, and manufacturing. I enjoy learning new skills, meeting people, and problem solving. I especially love learning from seasoned coworkers and managers, and using that knowledge to teach new workers so they can become more productive. After earning my BS at Missouri S&T, I cut my teeth in the steel industry in a variety of roles. I managed a crew of hourly operations personnel, melting 300T batches of steel in North America's newest fully integrated steel plant. I was part of a reliability team that helped improve up-time for ladle cranes with capacities of up to 450T. I was also the safety manager for the largest department in the plant. My experience in the steel industry served me well when I took on a new role as a project engineer, designing industrial crushers & milling equipment. The technical background I honed in this job has become invaluable in my current position as Regional Sales Manager at Williams Crusher. I enjoy the opportunity to meet with customers, build relationships, educate clients on our equipment, and develop specs to meet their needs. I love hearing the success stories from my customers on how Williams' equipment has enhanced their operation, created a new revenue stream, or saved them money in ways other machines simply couldn't match.
