I work as a Realtor while operating Desert Diamond Home Remodeling LLC where I purchase, fix and then flip lucrative investment properties. I work with multiple partners from investors, hard/private money lenders, local General Contractors, Sub Contractors as well as managing multiple crews which remodel our investment properties. I also work alongside Ron Creeger who is a Real Estate agent as well as a computer software programmer. He has developed a software program that locates houses below market value in all areas of Real Estate. This program generates leads from short sales, foreclosures, traditional sales as well as pre foreclosure homes with 20% to 40% plus equity ARV. His program provides real time information from the MLS, comp analysis, realistic ARV, maps of the area on each listing showing all current/previous listings, sold as well as expired listing. Having the ability to access this information along with our business partnership, it has allowed me to stay competitive while increasing my profits. It has also allowed me to assist others with similar goals and capabilities to increase their wealth by taking advantage of these leads. There are plenty to go around in our own market while at the same time Ron is looking at marketing his software to hopefully soon be used Nationwide.(More to Come)
