Windows Server OS driver and firmware testing, issue investigations, debugging, and escalating and working with OEMs, IHVs, and Windows OS Teams. Currently responsible for all drivers and firmware on over 200k Microsoft online servers. Windows Hardware Quality Labs (WHQL) driver and firmware certification testing and logo approvals.
