In my role as an ABA Scheduler and Clinical Operations Coordinator I’ve gained firsthand insight into the clinical and administrative heartbeat of service delivery, balancing thoughtful scheduling, seamless coordination, and strong communication to support both clients and clinicians.My three years of experience as a Registered Behavior Technician adds a unique dimension to my work today. Having been on the front line of service delivery, I’m able to view scheduling through a provider’s lens, understanding the importance of session flow, client needs, caregiver collaboration, and the practical realities clinicians face. This perspective allows me to collaborate more effectively, anticipate challenges, and create solutions that truly support both providers and caregivers effectively. This work has strengthened my ability to problem solve creatively, adapt quickly, and maintain a client-centered mindset, all while keeping operations running smoothly. It’s an environment where collaboration, compassion, and efficiency truly matter, and I take pride in making a meaningful impact within the field of ABA.
