I currently have 22 years of experience in the grocery industry, most recently 12 years with Harris Teeter. During my 12 years with the company I held several positions such as Store Accountant, Assistant Customer Manager, Customer Service Manager, and Co Manager. I have assisted in several new store openings and helped convert two Piggly Wiggly stores that were purchased by Harris Teeter to Harris Teeters 4 years ago. My current role as Co Manager I am in charge of the overall operation of the store including the hiring, inventory management, people management, financial aspects(controllable profit, forecasting, proper inventory including perishable and non perishable departments to control and reduce waste). I received an Exceeds Expectations in my last two yearly evaluations and have received a vast amount of knowledge in the field of retail.
