I have significant and measurable achievements in multi – Tourism, Entertainment and Retail disciplines with demonstrated business performance results. I have both UK and International living and business experience. I am both hands on and able to provide a strategic skill set to ensure businesses achieve their goals. I have worked at an Executive Senior Management/Leadership level for Corporate & Hospitality businesses, including Multi-Unit sites, City Centre and resort properties. My operational, customer and commercial experiences have included the pioneering of new initiatives, developed business plans for new and existing businesses with significant financial & strategic planning. I ensure profit growth and/or protection, as well as delivering day to day operational business management. My global experiences have given me the ability to adapt my management style to the local cultural requirements, handle continuous change and transformation, whilst delivering standards to exceed business, owner, customer and employee expectations.
