Former Big 4 (Deloitte and PwC) auditor and management consultant. 24 years of extensive experience in: 1) External and Internal Audit a) established an audit function (strategy, framework design & integration, audit charter & policies, reporting structure); b) revamped of an existing audit function - preparation for data-driven audit (full-population audit, continuous auditing/monitoring), embracing digitisation for audit, audit workflow streamlining c) led a global internal audit department 2) Operational Risk Management - a) conceptualised and built a risk and controls management platform and central dashboard for senior management b) established comprehensive risk and control management frameworks (risk and controls assessment matrices, RCSAs, risk & control policies; regulatory-driven front office projects; extensive experience in all 3 Lines of Defence) 3) Remediation, process improvement, project management and business analysis across Financial Services/Fin-tech and Healthcare/Health-tech industries, and other industries.
