Michael Lengen has more than 40 years of experience in real estate development, management, and finance in the multi-family and commercial real estate business in Colorado and Texas. In 1987, Michael formed the Lexton Group as a full service commercial real estate asset management firm that provided asset management services to over 30 financial institutions. Additionally, Lexton Group developed more than units of market rate apartments and sq. ft. of retail and motels. As a Principal of Lexton McDermott, Michael is responsible for all aspects of the development process including underwriting, design, entitlement, and finance. Additionally, as President and CEO of ComCap Management, Michael oversees all operations of its 22 properties with a total of more than 2,500 units. Michael has been a licensed real estate broker for nearly 40 years. He is a graduate of the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance.
