Courageous leadership equips individuals, cognitively, behaviourally, and physically, to complete their part in the change process. It is designed for organizations in change. LEADER AS COACH integrates the power of coaching into your employee’s daily work to optimize and release the potential of each team member. The Leader as Coach program is an action learning approach teaching managers how to incorporate coaching skills, coaching psychology, coaching models and coaching practice in coaching practice in leadership style. EXECUTIVE COACHING incorporates action-orientated conversations focusing on the client’s needs, enabling proactive determination of solutions. Coaching provides a space for leaders to step back and think differently, a forum to grow, that impacts the entire organisation. TEAM COACHING unites team members to confront the specific challenges. This approach encourages the team to cooperate and move forward congruently, co-creating solutions in a non-judgemental and safe space. MORE ABOUT MICHAEL As an executive coach I coach the whole person; I have a real interest in working with people across all facets of their life, partnering with them to achieve the life that they want to live. This is why I trained as a professional counsellor (Grad Dip Counselling). Business wise, I have lived and worked in 7 countries in Asia, Oceania, Europe and Middle East, have run my own consultancy, been involved in the people business for over 25 years, and commenced my career as an accountant (B.Bus & Australian CPA). I am the founder of The ANYMAN Movement in the UAE, a men’s support group that encourages men to live honestly and congruently. I work with men, teaching emotional vulnerability, with a goal of achieving a harmonious existence.
