About Michael Levinson

Michael is Co-Founder and CEO of Joyned - a pioneer in social revenue technology for online shopping providing a true social experience that consumers crave. Joyned brings consumer conversations away from social networks and instant messaging apps - back to the vendor’s website. This results in lower acquisition costs, significantly higher conversions, and maximum customer loyalty. With Joyned, online retailers gain unprecedented insights to consumer behavior, price perception, brand sentiment, and buying intent. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics and Cognitive Science focusing on theoretical neural networks, mathematical graph theory, and computational neurobiology. His research under the "Blue Brain" EPFL project involved verifying inhibitory triangular motifs in simulations of the rat neo-cortex, using advanced network analysis and combinatorial methods. For over two decades, Michael has guided and managed diverse teams, continuously pursuing skill and knowledge. Fascinated by human interaction in education and management, as well as creative endeavors in art and entrepreneurship, he seeks to integrate these interests for positive impact.
