About Michael Lie

I have large experience working with the Batch scheduling system TWS/OPC on mainframe since 1989, and also TWS/d - decentralized scheduling I have in my career since 1989 worked with following customers / areas - Unions (among those danish unions. HK, Dansk Metal.)- Tax authorities (SVUR – tax auth.system for valuating properties)- Bank og Finance (Danske Bank + BRF and VP-Mexico)- Pension-companies (Mela – Finnish company)- Tele-companies (Elisa - Finnish company)- Other companies (Semler (Scandinavian Motor company's IT dep, Supergros and Finnish company Arek)- Nordea (from January 2016 - February 2019)- IBM (February 2019 - present) Have taken part of a transistion project with TIB, for IBM, in 2009, where my role was to help setting up batch jobs in Microfocus Windows Scheduler. My technical competencies on Mainframe are : JES2/3, TSO, ISPF, SDSF, JCL, FTP, NFTP, OPC/TWS, TWS/d, Savrs, DB2, IMS, MQ, SAR, Beta-92 My top competencies are batch scheduling, creating, maintaining and altering batch flows in TWS/OPC, creating, altering JCL (Job Control Lanquage), testing and maturing JCL for production environments. This i have done for the above mentioned customers. I am also used to close contact with customers in relation to new flows to build, or existing ones to alter. My personal competencies are - Proffessional attitude towards the work i do (I want to create value for the clients i work for and the company i represent)- I have an analytical approach and works in a structured way with the tasks i'm working with - Fluent in Danish and English. Understands and speaks a little Swedish, German and understands Norwegian- I am presentable and polite in my approach to customers, yet determined and focused on the issues at hand with the customer(s) i work for, and my goal is to deliver quality solutions- Some key-words to describe my person is : Dilligent, stable, positive, open and honest, loyal, persevering, persistent and patient.
