Have used techniques which include the development of a full visual digital model of the business showing the business structure, locations, organization activities (processes), people and resources. This enables process improvement, required compliance documentation, staff training and guidance for staff to execute their work. Have trained more than 2500 people in the methods and use of structured business process modeling, With over 30 years experience in project managing and implementing ERP systems into manufacturing, distribution, insurance and service organizations has a very detailed knowledge of organizational business operations. The business process models have been used for ERP system selection and upgrade, compliance to industry and certification standards bodies, process improvement eg Lean Projects, and alignment of business operations to company strategies.
