About Michael Littler

As a senior sales and customer growth leader, I build teams that hit target, look after customers and grow recurring revenue in fast moving, markets. I currently lead a multi site operation across two offices and one remote team, with around 70 people working across telecoms, energy, water, card payments and merchant cash advance solutions.Over the last year I have renewed more than services every month, helping to deliver record renewal performance, double the attachment rate of additional products and reduce churn across multiple product sets.I focus on the full customer lifecycle, from acquisition through onboarding, renewal and retention. Using data, coaching and clear standards to raise performance and protect revenue. I enjoy leading leaders, simplifying priorities for my teams and creating an environment where people can progress their careers while delivering strong results.
