My expertise encompasses CPUC DSM policies, Customer Service regulatory compliance requirements, and demonstrated skills in process optimization, compliance, and cost reduction using Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen principles. I hold a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and am a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, enhancing my analytical and solution-oriented approach. My experience includes developing and managing energy efficiency programs in partnership with cities, counties, state and higher education institutions. I have implemented enhancements for residential and commercial utility bill presentment, upgraded customer authentication systems with Experian Precise ID, and conducted Kaizen sessions to address root causes of meter order delays and duplicate customer issues in database systems.
