Extensive experience with over 30 years in all phases of systems planning, architecture, implementation, operations and security. Proven ability to work effectively in high stress situations, provide reliable service to end users and to interpret business requirements into practical cost-effective solutions. My current position includes managing the public cloud footprint and providing developer enablement through the use of DevOps practices for a publicly traded SaaS company with a product user base of over 5 million users. My primary role is to work closely with our internal teams to provide architectural and design guidance as well as tier 3 infrastructure and security support. Together we provide 'best of class' services and support to our end customers.
