About Michael Love

Professionally, I am dedicated to performing my assigned duties as the Outreach Coordinator for Project Rebound a Division of Student Services at California State University, Sacramento. I enjoy any work that is of service to others. I strive for fluidity in my growth in terms of employment and scholarly endeavors. I served 35 years, five months and three days in the California State Prison Industrial Complex, before paroling to the community on January 10, 2023. I finished my bachelor's degree at California State University, Sacramento in May of 2023 and was accepted into the Communication Studies Master's program also at California State University, Sacramento. I am an interpersonal pedagogy scholar, so I never miss an opportunity to cultivate meaningful professional relationships. I innately see the good in all people and what we can do if we seek common ground and work together. My current employment at Project Rebound has been a rewarding experience to be a part of transforming lives for the betterment of society. The philosophy is simple: “Each one, teach one.”
