About Michael Luoma

I am currently working in an implementation department of a SaaS company(that I love). My career foundation has been centered around the tech/sales industry and that is where I wish to continue to grow. Transitioned from a retail sales role to an advanced technician role at Apple, inc. I have experience with B2B and B2C sales through Apple's CRM system. Worked with inventory teams, New Store Opening projects, on boarding and training new hires, mentoring new hires and veteran employees, leadership summits, as well as market hiring events. Currently an iOS troubleshooting and modular repair technician working directly with iPhone, iPad, iPod, Beats headphones, and Apple accessories. Experience with event planning, coordination and implementation for corporate and private events. My goal in each and every event is to make sure the customer has the most positive experience possible. I believe that customer retention can go a lot way with marketing your company. My objective is to help with the positive promotion of a brand name and/or image to expand market share, preferably in the sports field. Also self-taught media production from a senior marketing project at Georgia State University(see projects for more information and links to the media). This helped me to learn more about myself in that when I don't understand a new technology I can teach myself.
