About Michael Lupsaiu

I have over 20 years of experience in the Fire Alarm and Security industry. I have designed a great number of fire alarm systems, from very small 2-3 rooms structures to large, multistory hospitals and hotels or large university campuses, from simple horns-and-strobes to voice evacuation systems. Clients include California State University and University of California campuses. I have extensive experience in dealing with various AHJs, from local to state-wide (CA), like OSHPD and DSA. I am very proficient with AutoCAD and other industry-related software packages. I have also extensive experience with project-management related issues, such as estimating parts and labour for new project, generating and reviewing change-order requests, ordering and tracking parts, job-site meetings with customers and sub-contractors and site surveys.
