I have over 40 years’ experience representing financial institutions in commercial litigation in state and federal courts, including bankruptcy courts, across the country. My practice at Morgan Lewis involves enforcing creditors’ rights under the Bankruptcy Code and defending a creditor against “lender liability,” fraudulent conveyance and preference claims brought by creditors’ committees, bankruptcy trustees, or others seeking to reduce, subordinate, or eliminate our clients’ claims. I also represent creditors in loan restructurings and out-of-court workouts, and I represent trustees and examiners in cases presenting complex litigation issues.
