About Michael M Youngberg

I am the founding attorney at Youngberg Family Law and I exclusively practice Family law. I have worked as Family Lawyer for my entire career. I currently serve my clients with various issues ranging from child possession and custody, to partition of family businesses and marital estates, to both defending and prosecuting enforcement of court orders. I enjoy helping my clients to get good results in their cases either whether in court, mediation, or informal settlement. I also have extensive experience with Family law and as child support matters, including enforcement due to my prior experience with Coker, Robb, & Cannon and the Office of the Attorney General. As an Assistant Attorney General in the Child Support Division of the Office of the Attorney General of State of Texas I served the people of Pecos, Brewster, Presidio, Terrell, and Jeff Davis counties and was responsible for the 2500+ cases in those 5 counties. In addition to these 5 counties I also helped with the case load in Culberson, Hudspeth and El Paso Counties. Before joining the Office of the Attorney General, I attended the University of Alabama School of Law, a top 25 school. While in school I was a member of the Alabama Moot Court Board and I competed with the University of Alabama National Criminal Procedure Moot Court team at the national competition in San Diego, CA.
