That includes clear routines and review cadences, templates and knowledge bases that raise quality, and coaching so capability grows with demand. I also run cross-functional projects end-to-end, aligning stakeholders and moving dependencies so plans turn into delivery. I lead senior client-facing work: framework agreement negotiations, audits, sales pitches, consultancy appointments, workshops, and cross-company bids. I chair multi-party stakeholder discussions in English and German. Contractual forms I work with include: ANÜ (Arbeitnehmerüberlassung, temporary employment), freelancing/contracting/Dienstleistungsverträge, Werksverträge (contracts for work and services), direct placement, and entire teams (external, internal, mixed), as well as combinations of these contractual forms.
