I love to work independently or as part of a team. I have been able to apply engineering background in different scenarios to gain an understanding of the problem's origin and create an enduring solution. Eager to learn new things and have found that by admitting you don't know something, often leads to a learning and growth opportunity. Throughout my different work experiences, I have had the good fortune to have worked with, learned from and bonded with, some incredibly kind and brilliant people. I work well with Deadlines. I try to recognize areas of inefficiency or knowledge gaps, and offer to develop strategies to improve and empower the team. I am loyal and honest and strive to build strong, lasting relationships. I put others first, perhaps to a fault, but someone I look up to reminded me that "A rising tide floats all boats".
