About Michael Maestre

As a Commercial Real Estate Finance Pre-Closer at New York Community Bank (NYCB), I apply my BS in Business Economics from SUNY Oneonta to facilitate the closing process of commercial real estate loans. I have also worked as a Banking Services Specialist and Processor at NYCB, where I gained valuable skills and experience in banking operations and customer service.In my current role, I collaborate with loan officers, attorneys, brokers, and internal departments to ensure the timely and accurate completion of loan applications which include credit documents, appraisals, invoices, environmental reports, and other requirements. I also contribute to the quality and efficiency of the department by researching and resolving issues, maintaining records, and updating systems. I am motivated by the opportunity to support the growth and success of NYCB and its customers, and I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team as a SUNY Oneonta graduate with commercial real estate finance expertise.
