I’m a performance-driven professional with 10+ years of experience across athlete development, coaching, recruiting, team operations, and business strategy. My background spans NCAA coaching, professional lacrosse, and enterprise-level sales — and I’m currently earning my Master’s in Sports Management with a concentration in Sports Analytics. Right now, I’m building momentum in two key areas: Helping teams win off the field as a Territory Rep at Vertical Raise, where I support athletic programs and school groups across Greater Boston with powerful, easy-to-run digital fundraising campaigns. Growing Maggio Sports and Academy Lacrosse — a full-service sports development and consulting platform built for athletes, coaches, and sports programs. We focus on training, analytics, coaching development, and performance insights — both online and in person. Whether it’s raising money for a team, coaching athletes through film and skill development, or building out backend operations for a sports business, I bring a collaborative, data-informed, and results-focused approach to every project.
