With extensive commercial law experience and a strong foundation in intellectual property, I have earned a reputation for providing sound legal advice to support strategic initiatives that help companies grow and thrive. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with large and well-known brand owners and global industry leaders, providing legal counsel spanning multiple areas, including inventory, supply chain management, product compliance, brand protection, anti-counterfeit strategies, product development, licensing, acquisitions, joint ventures, regulatory compliance, and government contracts. I’ve successfully led litigation of anti-trust, intellectual property, commercial disputes, and labor-related cases. I have generated revenue and cost savings of more than $10M with the implementation of intellectual capital management programs at multiple companies. I’ve also provided legal support for acquisitions and divestitures ranging from divestitures of small business lines to multi-billion dollar acquisitions. I have experience with emerging technologies and have worked with RF-based technologies for most of my career. I helped build a large and profitable business related to the use and adoption of RFID technologies and digitization of information.
