About Michael Malcolm

Hi I'm Mike, I love working to help great products succeed in market. I began my career in my family's real estate company before returning to college to get my Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering. Eventually I dove back into real estate, became a Realtor with @properties and spent over a decade building my community. Seeing the cannabis industry growing in Illinois, I applied for social equity licenses and quickly became one of the leading voices discussing cannabis policy in Illinois, including creating and teaching Cannabis Marketing & Branding courses for Chicago Colleges of Chicago. Although I didn't win the licenses, I learned a lot from the process and developed strong relationships with operators across the country. Friends at CRONJA saw my commitment to creating meaningful impact in the cannabis industry and offered me an opportunity to help launch CRONJA's flower line of products in the most competitive market in the country, California. I began developing marketing, brand, and sale strategies for CRONJA and our in-house distributor JC RAD Inc, soon becoming CRONJA's Chief Marketing Officer and a Bulk & Wholesale Account Executive at JC RAD Inc. When not working you can find me traveling the world as I'm always looking to add more stamps to my passport. I pride myself on customer service and relationship building. I'm excited to use my experiences to help operators exceed goals and build community with their consumer base.
